I’ve personally purchased 6 Rolex timepieces from Charlie and his lovely wife over the years. All the way from Datejusts, Submariners, Turnographs, to YG Day Dates, etc. They’ve serviced my other and all my family’s Rolex and Swiss timepieces as well. While the conversation is indeed kept to a minimum, the service is excellent and I’ve always felt appreciated and taken care of as a customer. I appreciate them being in business and the store they have here in the metro. What they offer is indeed very expensive, and not for everyone, but they’ve never been “rude” to me even when I come in unrecognized and dressed terribly; so the reviews on here where people leave with their feelings hurt must be something else entirely. I for one appreciate the straight forward way they do business because I’ve never left there feeling like I’ve been “sold” a timepiece. I’ve always walked out happy and feeling that I “purchased” one. That I wasn’t pressured into buying something I would regret or had settled for something that wasn’t exactly what I walked in wanting. I hope it’s not for a looong time, but when they eventually do retire it will be a big hit to Oklahoma. Thank you both for continuing to be an oasis in the desert for all the horological fanatics here in the Sooner State.
